Chief of the General Staff Appoints New IDF Spokesperson
Today (Friday), the Chief of the General Staff, Lt. Gen. Aviv Kohavi, appointed Brig. Gen. Ran Kochav to the position of IDF Spokesperson, to succeed Brig. Gen. Hidai Zilberman. The appointment was approved by the Minister of Defense, Benny Gantz.
The appointment is set to take effect in the coming months.
