The names of seven fallen soldiers whose families have been notified were cleared for publication
Attached are the names of the fallen soldiers:
- Captain Harel Etinger, aged 23, from Eli, a Squad Commander in the 'Egoz' Unit, Commando Brigade, fell during combat in southern Lebanon.
- Captain Itai Ariel Giat, aged 23, from Shoham, an officer in the 'Yahalom' Unit, Combat Engineering Corps, fell during combat in southern Lebanon.
- Sergeant First Class Noam Barzilay, aged 22, from Kokhav Ya'ir Tzur Yigal, a soldier in the 'Egoz' Unit, Commando Brigade, fell during combat in southern Lebanon.
- Sergeant First Class Or Mantzur, aged 21, from Beit Aryeh-Ofarim, a soldier from the 'Egoz' Unit, Commando Brigade, fell during combat in southern Lebanon.
- Sergeant First Class Nazaar Itkin, aged 21, from Kiryat Ata, a soldier from the 'Egoz' Unit, Commando Brigade, fell during combat in southern Lebanon.
- Staff Sergeant Almken Terefe, aged 21, from Jerusalem, a soldier from the Golani Reconnaissance Unit, Golani Brigade, fell during combat in southern Lebanon.
- Staff Sergeant Ido Broyer, aged 21, from Ness Ziona, a soldier from the Golani Reconnaissance Unit, Golani Brigade, fell during combat in southern Lebanon.
