Fourth Annual Series of Discussions Between Israeli Ground Forces and United States Army
The fourth annual series of discussions between the Israeli Ground Forces and the United States Army took place this week.
This year, United States Army Central (USARCENT) took a unique part in the discussions through the leadership and noteworthy participation of Lt. Gen. ( * * * ) Patrick Frank, the USARCENT Commanding General. Lt. Gen. Frank attended the discussions as a guest of the Commanding Officer of the Israeli Ground Forces, MG Tamir Yadai.
A 5-year plan was approved as part of the discussions, which outlined the long-term strategic relationship and cooperation between the two militaries in the fields of readiness, strategic engagement and modernization.
