The IDF eliminated Ibrahim Muhammad Qabisi, Head of Hezbollah's Missiles and Rockets Force
The IDF announces that today (Tuesday), September 24, 2024, with the direction of precise IDF intelligence, the IAF struck in the area of Dahieh in Beirut and eliminated the terrorist Ibrahim Muhammad Qabisi, Head of the Missiles and Rockets Force of the Hezbollah terrorist organization. Qabisi was struck alongside additional central commanders in Hezbollah's Missiles and Rockets Force.
Qabisi commanded several missile units within the Hezbollah terrorist organization, including the Precision Guided Missile Unit.
Over the years and during the war, he was responsible for launching missiles toward the Israeli civilians.
Qabisi was a significant source of knowledge in the field of missiles and had close ties to senior military leaders in Hezbollah.
Ibrahim Muhammad Qabisi joined Hezbollah in the 1980s and has since held several significant military roles within the terrorist organization, including as a senior officer in Hezbollah's Operations Unit in southern Lebanon and commanding the Badr Unit on Hezbollah’s Southern Front.
In these roles, he was responsible for planning and executing numerous terror attacks against Israeli civilians and soldiers.
